I know this blog has been neglected over the past months

I've been busy on other fronts and had lost interest in NAP as a few odd occurrences had happened.

I feel strong enough to re-take from where I have left and will keep my diary alive and kicking

The New Avatar Power Ritual

Today (waxing moon) I am going to start with the New Avatar Power Ritual (daily until Full moon) and will report any changes.

Geof Gray-Cobb suggests that the ritual can be taped (the book was written in the '70s) thus I feel confident I can record it on my iPhone and play it over as described in the text.

The Rose Cross Ritual

Some of my followers (this site is a Phoenix arisen from the ashes of my now dead blog) know I have a vast (if not huge) library of occult books and that my memory is still up-and-running, thus, following an email received from another forum I follow, I am here to post an image (which as per usual is worth a thousands words) on what you should perceive when you perform the Rose Cross/LBRP ritual:

ok, early (6:40am) today, as it was Jupiter's hour I decided I completed the spell; have performed LBRP, had incence burning, anointed the box with oil (cannot reveal details here as I am bound to oath of secrecy) recited the invocation to planetary spirits and now...the bandwagon has started, will spend the moony (now a talisman) next week and will see how it goes....


...as of now, off to another experiment.

The CashBox

In his The Sorcerer's Secrets, Inominandum suggests a way to work with the forces of Jupiter in order to increase ones finances; ideally (and I will report on this) if you do the box/ritual right you should be able to turn the money into a talism so that every time is spent, attracts more cash towards you.

The Black Egg Shield

Here's an interesting technique as indicated by a fellow magician (girasol) on the Evocationmagic forum

1. Visualize black energy flowing from your brow energy center (third eye), creating an egg shaped shield around you.
2. Maintain the visualization of the black egg for a time.
3. Re-visualize it repeatedly throughout the day - the more often you visualize it, the stronger it becomes.

Once you have established and strengthened the shield (after several days of practice), you may wish to create a personal magickal word to activate the shield.

Getting help from Marutukku

On a Waxing moon (last Friday), by using Simon's Necronomicon Spellbook, I summoned Marutukku as I intended to take back my time and delve back into Ceremonial Magic (which has ever been successful in the past, save minor mishaps).

I asked Marutukku her help (to me this is a feminine spirit)  as her help is to be used especially when performing any occult ceremony in which there is danger, such as the invocation of demonic forces. 

This is her seal, to be used in the invocation.

She also has the ARRA star (the five-pointed Pentagram) which is the universal symbol of protection. Protects the soul as well as the body (used in the LRBP).

Ok, after the ritual I went to bed, and had a nightmare, immediately performed the LBRP and managed to have a sound sleep until the following night when another nightmare occurred, again LBRP and back to sleep. So far for protection one would think: wrong, she was forcing me to look into the protection rituals as the following morning I unexpectedly run into a banishing spell that works against evil forces of the Necronomicon (as most of you know the standard banishing rituals do not work with Necronomicon forces (see Simons's NECRONOMICON specific sections on Banishings: page liv).
