The Black Egg Shield

Here's an interesting technique as indicated by a fellow magician (girasol) on the Evocationmagic forum

1. Visualize black energy flowing from your brow energy center (third eye), creating an egg shaped shield around you.
2. Maintain the visualization of the black egg for a time.
3. Re-visualize it repeatedly throughout the day - the more often you visualize it, the stronger it becomes.

Once you have established and strengthened the shield (after several days of practice), you may wish to create a personal magickal word to activate the shield.
